With a little luck, I'll be picking up a free fleece this afternoon ^_^.  I'm so excited ^_^. I can't remember the exact amount the guy said he had, but hey, I don't much care. I saw the add in the paper this morning and thought of brightshadowsky straight away. He said he wanted to get rid of it because they're moving, and that it hasn't had anything done to it yet, it's straight from the sheep. We shall see, we shall see. If I get it (I should though), then I'm going to have to boogie over to Newport real soon. Oh yeah, it's so unfair ^_~

Christmas

Hmm, It's already July, and it's high time to start thinking about Christmas gifts. I had a plan laid out last year, so that I would have plenty of time to get ready. But that plan went poof due to the Prayer Shawl Ministry taking off the way it did. Not that that's a bad thing, it just means that I am now behind. Also, a lot of the stuff I had intended to make, now won't be appropriate anymore, so I'm going to have to figure out something else. And at the moment, I am clueless. Dustin doesn't have any ideas either, so there's no help to be had there.
I think I may make potholders for Trina and Teresa, since they both have a household. Not sure if it'd make sense to do some for Bethany, since she's moving in with her boyfriend's parents for the time being. For the kids, it's easier. I'm going to try and make some clothes and stuff for the babies. For Treanna I think I'll try making a bag or something, maybe even something to wear, depending on time and what I've got available. Casper...not a clue. Probably will end up buying him something Spiderman. Other then that though..not a clue. What so ever. *sigh*
Funny thing I've noticed as well. Every year there's been a Christmas in July sale going on, but I've yet to see one this year. The one year where I'd be able to make some use of it at least. Figures!

Bah! (No Pun Intended!)

Just got a call from the guy with the fleece. He was out until just now, and his wife gave the fleece away to someone else *grumble*. So much for that then. *sigh* Sorry, brightshadowsky *pout*. No fair.

Must now go and do something fun to make up for it. Maybe I'll work on my sweater some... *ponders*

(no subject)

Am slowly getting some ideas for Christmas. Most of them so far as ideas for me to make, though there are one or two that require just plain buying them. It's nice to finally have an idea of what to do. Now, to convince Dustin to let me get the things I need in order to start making them. That may take a bit ^_~
Still, need more ideas for stuff to do though, the list of people to gift to is long. And I would like to finally, finally be able to send a little somethingsomething to my family in Holland. *sighs*. Here's hoping!
