Where they put in the milk and sugar for you? Y'all know that that really has nothing to do with service what so ever, right?? This is simply a means for them to save money. How many people go and either stock up on "free" sugars and creams, or who play with the stuff and there fore "use" the stock McDonalds has of them? Trust me, it's a lot. And it adds up for them. It makes sense for them to do it this way, as it is less waste for them. But please, call it what it is, and don't try to pawn it off as a "service" for your customers. We all know it's not.
