Yummm.... what's better than pancakes from scratch and homemade strawberry sauce ^_^. Not much, I can tell you *munches*. I love my griddle lol. Also, I have found a new favorite orange juice. Simply Orange. We bought it on a whim, figuring we'd try something new. I never want anything else again! It's so smooth, and no pulp, either. And actually 100% juice! Woohoo! Don't see that much anymore lol

I just made yummy food. Very simple, but yummy. I put halved potatoes (red), a halved red bellpepper and two portabello mushrooms in a bakingtin, sprinkled the lot with olive oil and kosher salt and put it in the oven. Had it in for a while...20 minutes maybe? Then put it under the broiler for another 5. I also made small steaks. All very yummy. I'm quite pleased ^_^
